Dead Space disappeared from my account

The game dead space was offer in Games with Gold, but now the game disappeared from my account and when i try to install it, i have to pay. Can you help me. Thanks

Dead Space 1/2/3 Question re: Importing Save File from Previous Game

When you have an Xbox 360 game that imports data from a previous game in the series (for example, Dead Space 2 importing the save file from Dead Space 1 to get a special weapon at the beginning of Dead Space 2), is it okay to play the games out
of order? In other words, is it okay to start a game in Dead Space 2 and before finishing the game also start- for the first time – Dead Space 1?

Will my starting Dead Space 1 "confuse" (for lack of a better term) Dead Space 2 (in terms of having a problem when I want to resume my Dead Space 2 game, etc.)?

 

Dead Space 2 issues with backwards compatible

Hello, I am trying to play dead space 2 on my Xbox one, as it is listed in the backwards compatible titles. My system recognizes dead space from disc, and dead space 3 from disc, but it won't install dead space 2 from disc. Please help me, I really want
to replay this without having to dig out my Xbox 360. Disc 1 it doesn't seem to recognize, and disc 2 it tells me the game is not on the compatibility list. Please help, I feel this one is the best of the trilogy.

Thanks for your post! In order to download a game that was obtained through the Games with Gold program, an active Xbox Live Gold subscription must be active to play them. Be sure to check your subscription is still by visiting
Settings>Account>Subscriptions. If the subscription is still active use the
Contact Us portal to speak with an agent to further investigate this issue.

The most common causes for this are not being logged into the correct account, it not being "added" to your account during the GWG promotion period, or your Xbox Live Gold subscription has expired.

 

it is the correct acount. 2 months ago i played the game.

 

The game is for xbox 360 and i have a active Xbox Live Gold subscription on my xbox one, but it not make diference, because x360 game are offer forever, i dont need a active Xbox
Live Gold subscription. i cannot contact US portal because the hour, when i have time the contact US portal is closed.

I have a home shared account, but i am the only to have xbox gold active, my brother dont have it, so i am the only who can gain the offer of games with gold in my account, of course he can play the games. I dont have any games of games with gold in my order
history, only the games that i bought not the games microsoft offer with GWG. I dont see any game for xbox360 in my order history. Very strange!!!
