Dead Space 3 0x91d70001 error on Xbox One X

The game is on the backwards compatible list but when i insert the disk (either 1 or 2) it goes straight to BD player with 0x91d70001 error. I've tried power cycling the console but it doesn't help. What should i do?

Xbox Live Brazil Games availability.

We have Crysis 1 and 3 available to download. Why we can't download CRYSIS 2 ?

I will list a few games that would be successful and I want to see on Xbox Live Brazil:

FEAR 1,2 and 3. Especially FEAR 1(Classic game).

Dead Space 2 and 3. We have only Dead Space 1.

X-men Arcade.

Witcher 2.

Please, make all these games available on Xbox Live Brazil.

Does the disc region match your physical region?

Try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. Remember that you must be connected to the Live service to be able to download the backward compatible version once the disc has been inserted.
