Dead space 2 stuck on loading screen on Xbox One

So I recently played dead space 1 on game pass, and bought both sequels to play afterward. I played through the first game, and went to load the second, but when I do so, I get stuck on a screen that reads “please wait loading…” when I attempt to start a new game. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, switching to another profile, and power cycling my console. I don’t get stuck on the screen if I’m not signed into any profile at all, but then I can’t save. How do I fix this?

This can be a bit odd but please try this:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

If that doesn’t work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary

If maybe the issue persist try clearing your MAC address:
Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address
Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

If maybe the issue persist please tell me:
Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?
Did you tried using a completely different Wi-Fi network to see if the same happens?

That’s really odd
Are these only the 2 Xbox 360 games with this problem?

By the way, do you have these games installed on the internal storage?
Or do you have installed the games on an external hard drive?

I see, please try factory resetting your console in this case.
For this go to settings > system > console info > reset and then select keep my games and apps

**before that please delete the game, once the console finish the process install it and try again
***make sure to know the email and password for the profiles in your console

Both games are on internal, I downloaded both from the store. Dead space 1 functioned perfectly fine, it’s just the second game that’s had this issue, it’s the only one I’ve seen do this. The only issue I could think of with dead space 1 was I didn’t manage to unlock a single achievement during my play through, that was the last 360 game I played on my Xbox one before this.

Hey it’s me again, I tried all of these solutions and I’m still getting stuck at the loading screen. I don’t have an insider build or a beta os, it’s just a standard Xbox one. I’ve tried a different WiFi and that also hasn’t helped.
