Dead space 2 free with gold

Favorite free game for me was dead space when it was on games with gold.

Why arent Dead Space 2 and Dead Space 3 games ''on demand''?

For the first portion of April they're giving away Dead Space as a "free with gold" game, and I would love to get the others from the series.

But my laser disk reader isnt working (I think) so i can't play any disk in my collection.

I've tried everything but I'm basically not guna be able to fix it for free, so I'm just stuck with my dowloads...

Can anyone offer me some (helpful ) advice?

Hi, I have sort of the same issue. I do have a payment method on my account, but it still isn't working. I'm trying to download the game on my xbox one, but there is no purchase option, I can just press get pricing information, and there it says that i don't
have any valid payment method, which I do have. I don't have my 360 or the actual game (which I already own) in my apartment so I can't just go on the other console to download it either. Any tips? or is it just that the OS is broken? (as usual..)

It's telling me that the game is free on the xbox website, but keeps telling me that the transaction couldn't be completed. My other friend was able to through the same method. What's going on???
