Dead Space 2 DLC issues

In game it's telling me I own the Severed DLC but when I go into manage game it's not there and the Xbox one store is telling me to rebuy the dlc. Is there a fix for this?

The specific DLC we all seem to be having issues with is Collector's Edition Items, RIvet Gun and Online Pass.

Just to quickly clarify, is this with Dead Space 2 or Dead Space 3? We are currently investigating DLC issues similar to what you described for Dead Space 2 specifically. Could you list the specific content exact names so we can take a deeper look?

unfortunately no. None of the DLC for Dead Space 2 is working properly.

 

Yeah I'm also having problems. The Collector's Edition and Pre-Order DLC wont download. If you go to the store and it says purchase apparently if you click purchase it will re-buy it for 0.00 and will start showing up but the items I mentioned appear to
be broken.

 

I just had a pretty back conversation with Xbox support and they told me that they can't find any Licence listing for the Severed DLC on my account, even through I can find it in my Purchase history and its listed as purchased on the Xbox Marketplace

 

Yeah we all appear to be having these issues still but the reply to my message in support is Xbox Support claiming they fixed it...
