Any news on this, as I still can't access the CE content.

 

Hey there Apocalypse Dean and everyone else following this thread.

Please check to make sure your Console is up to date with the following steps and check again to see if the DLC is available in the Ready to Install section of the console.

Here's how to check and install updates.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings and the All settings.

3. Select System and then click on Updates.

If there is an available update, you'll see an option that states "Console update available" clicking on that will begin the update process. More details on Xbox One console updates

Alternatively, you can update the console offline using out OSUDT or Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool

HERE. This is an option if you have a bandwidth limit and want to download it somewhere else and then bring it home to install in on the console.

Yes my Xbox is up to date but i still cant download the CE content. When i visit the side for the

Collector's Edition in the MS Store with my browser on the PC, then it tells me: "Only available as part of a package.

Go to packages.", but the link dosen't work at all.

When i visit the side for the
Collector's Edition on my console, then it tells me "This is currently not available."

In the Game itself i still have the red circle:

 

It's all up to date, but still no luck with the CE DLC, I get the same 'This is currently not available' on the market place and the
Red Circle if I try and download through the game menu.

Though I did manage to get severed to download by login into my EA account.

 

I had no Problem to download Servered ot the other DLC's only with the CE content i have this problem. :/

 

Hey there ReaperLeech,

The teams looking into this issue would like for you to try to Power Cycle your Xbox One console and check again in the Ready to Install section for the content. Can you please do that and report back letting us know if you're seeing all of the content?
