Dead Space 2 Collector's Edition Content Dowload Problem - Xbox One Backward Compatibility

Hey,

i can't download my collectors edition content on my Xbox One, so i can't load and play my old savegames. I get always the message "content is missing". Yea its my CE content which i cant download. Even my online pass is included to the CE content.

Does anybody else have this problem?

Trouble with the game dlc etc

The specific DLC we all seem to be having issues with is Collector's Edition Items, RIvet Gun and Online Pass.

 

If your original purchase was digital then highlight the game on the dashboard, press the start button and select Manage Game. From there go to Ready to Install to see if it's listed.

If it's a disc version and is 2 discs try putting in the 2nd disc when the game has launched to see if that helps.

 

Yea it's the disc version. i can't put in the second disc, the xbox goes back to dashboard immediately :/

 

Hey there ReaperLeech,

Which DLC are you missing from the collectors edition? Have you checked the Ready to Install section to see if it was available to download? What happens if you uninstall the game and re-install it, by inserting the 2nd disc.

The content is named
Collectors Edition (it's a gun and a suit) and i looked in the "Ready to Install" section already. There was all other DLC's but the CE is missing :/ The re-install thing i will try now, will post the result hier (edit)

 

i cant edit, so i make a doppel post :X

so i cant install the Game with Disc 2, it says "this game cant be played here, look on the website to see which games can be played by Backward Compatibility" ...

Which DLC's do you see installed on the console currently? Do you see the ability to re-download the content from inside the game? This DLC was originally associated with the Online Pass, do you have that DLC installed as well on the console?

I can see the CE content in the game but cant download it, there is a red circle behind it. The DLC is only installed on my 360 but not on my Xbox. And yes its connectet with the online pass, so i cant use this too :/ and in the DLC list in the Dashboard
menu i can see the awakening DLC and the DLC's for the bots

 

sorry i meant the "severed" DLC (was looking before at the wrong game xD)

I also have this problem, I downloaded a pass though manage game but don't know what it did as CE content still isn't available . Also Severed wants me to pay for it even though I owned it originally?
