Dead Space 1 not reading

Hola ayer compré Dead Space 1 fisicamente y mi Xbox One S no lo lee. Es ya como el tercer o 4 juego de 360 que no puedo jugar con mi One a pesar de ser juegos retrocompatibles ¿alguna solucion o forma de ayudarme?esto me cabrea bastante llevo ya varios juegos supuestamente compatibles que no los lee mi consola. Es mas hace meses instale Darksiders 1 de 360 en mi consola y pude jugarlo, al cabo del tiempo intenté seguir jugando, introducí el disco y ya no lo leía.

Me podéis dar alguna solución???

Hello yesterday I bought Dead Space 1 physically and my Xbox One S does not read it. It is already like the third or 4 360 game that I cannot play with my One despite being backward compatible games. Any solution or way to help me? This pisses me off a lot, I have already had several supposedly compatible games that my console does not read. It is more months ago I installed Darksiders 1 of 360 on my console and I was able to play it, after a while I tried to continue playing, I inserted the disc and I no longer read it.

Can you give me a solution ???

But i can read games of the original Xbox like Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2 or Star Wars Republic Commando, that was the last disk that was on my console before i tried Dead Space and it was reading it : / now when i get home i will try with other xbox 360 that i had tried and played like a year ago.

How many euros cost a repair? Do you know? +/-?

I have put disks of games of the 360 that i used to play and i cant't i think its a problem with 360 games because i can play games of the first Xbox and the X One

Hi,

Unfortunately it sounds to me like your Optical drive has developed a fault. There are two lasers in the drive assembly, one for reading Xbox 360 games and movie DVD discs and one for reading Xbox One and Blu-ray discs.

To see if your drive is failing, try playing regular DVD movie discs (not an HD movie discs as these are on Blu-ray format). If the DVD films fail to play then your drive is faulty and you'll need to send the machine to have this repaired.

Xbox 360 games are on DVD discs.

You can definitely read Wikipedia articles or watch the "Story so Far" video linked above, and play Dead Space 3 with a fundamental understanding of what's going on. However, I encourage you to give Dead Space 1 another
shot. It's a very good game, and playing it along with Dead Space 2 will ultimately let you have an even better experience if you decide to play Dead Space 3.

If you didn't like Dead Space 1 very much, you may find that you like Dead Space 2 instead, as it's in the same vein in terms of pacing and action as Dead Space 3.
But like I said, you should try to play the rest of the series, they're some of the best games this generation.
