Dead Rising 4 - X-Fists

I was sent here by Gladys N Microsoft Answer Tech. she told me to post here that the X-fists DLC should be included in my bundle of dead rising 4 deluxe edition , however for some reason i dont have it or see it in the store or under my game.

Bought and installed Dead Rising 4 on PC but wont start

Dear Support,

Yesterday i bought and Installed Dead Rising 4 on PC windows 10 of course, but the game itself wont start ... i really want to play tho but i dont know what to do ?

And my pre-order X-Fists doesn't want to download, Marking as Error but no error code showed up.

Any Help ?

Thanks, since this is a digital version you should have the content listed in your Ready to Install section on the console, once this is installed you'll be able to enjoy the content inside the game. If you check in the

Ready to Install section of the console, are you able to find and download the content?

 

When i go to Ready to install all it says is "When you own content for this game or app thats not installed already this is where youll find it." i also check installed and its not there either

 

Is there any update on this issue??
