Dead Rising 4 or Remake of original at E3?

^same here, that was the main reason I never enjoyed the first dead rising..... I detest being rushed, like when you get a brilliant game and there is that one timed mission that kills the fun.

I'm on the opposite side of the timer. I loved that it was impossible to do everything in your first play through. Had to make decisions and who you would save. Loved the challenge and difficulty of the original.

I know it's not easy to please everyone but I love a challenge. After getting familiar with the map and leveling up Frank, the game became a lot easier.

I hope they at least have an option if one chooses to play on a timer. That's part of the dead rising formula. I understand some don't agree but that is what makes me love this series so much.

The sequels definitely relaxed the timer and especially 3, felt like there was no timer. It adds pressure to the game and provides some of the stress of the situation. Better have a timer in this game or it won't be dead rising.

Which game mode are you referring to? DR 3 had a timer but it was so relaxed it never put pressure on the player.

I think it was like DR 1 & 2 , limited to 72 hours (not in real time) + a game mode without time limits.

I just watched a 9 minute gameplay video and it looks really cool. It's like stupid mindless fun.

I'm guessing it could be timed like tomb raider but even when they announced that it did say Xbox exculsive so I don't know will get it which ever way but I normally get multiphat games on ps4 as that's in my man cave and Xbox is in living room for the family
