    Dead rising 4 multiplayer kicks me out of the lobby to my home page


    I have tried many things unplugged everything including router, i have remove my account profile and added it back , i have uninstalled and re installed the game , i have gone to manage game \add ons , deleted games saves from console , i have power
    cycled controller and console , i have gone to blue ray and cleared persistent memory, i have reset console, could not tthink of anything else for a day, then i thought of a way to at least narrow down possibilities , dead rising 4 still lets
    me play single player story just not multiplayer , so i created a guest profile, and dead rising 4 multiplayer lets my guest profile play , this kinda hurts my head , because i believe that would mean , some how my cloud storage for this game has become corrupted
    , i did not think that could happen? Can that happen ? Is there a fix? Is it possible to buy usb storage , put game on it delete the game from my console and every where , then put it back with usb , or is that wishful thinking and i am going to lose all
    of it?

    Dead Rising 4's multiplayer is known to be buggy and this is not your console's fault. Capcom never fixed the game, the game freezes and I lose my credits all the time in Mini Golf. . Unfortunately, I think all you can do is just keep trying to play.

    If you do want to access your cloud save files, you can select remove from everywhere when removing the save they way you were doing it instead of remove from console, but that would reset all your progress

    Playing Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Ghost and Battlefield 4.

    Ryse is a great game, it doesn't deserve the bad rep. I really enjoyed it. And the graphics are truly next gen.

    Dead Rising 3 was the surprise. I just cant put that game down once i start it.

    And Battlefield 4 multiplayer is kicking my *** basically because i truly suck at it :) But it is still fun.

    Ghost was a little dissapointment. Its ok, but i dont feel the COD like before.

    After trying Titanfall beta..well... it cant come quick enough!

    Yes i tried a console reset , still dead rising 4 bumps me out , i did a experiment to help me narrow down possibilities, i created a guest profile and dead rising 4 multiplayer let my guest profile play , but still will not let my profile play , i tried to
    remove my account profile and add it back , no luck , i tried to delete game saves , no luck, i thought it was corrupted profile or memory , i dont know how or what to try , any ideas?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Yes, my NAT type has always been open throughout troubleshooting.

    I am unable to test under another Wi-Fi network, but I did try my mobile hotspot through my home internet, which seemed more stable, but still dropped a bit. (Home Wi-Fi -> Phone -> Xboxs)

    I contacted my ISP and they told me there was nothing they could do about it, and I'm unable to switch ISP's because our family just signed up for their mobile phone service, which requires you to have home internet in order to have a mobile plan.

    So, I'm stuck.
