Franken Rewards event

On October 9 I bought Dead Rising 4 digitally, it was 39.99. For Franken Rewards event and haven't seen the event fill up at all for the 40 dollars I needed to spend. What's going on with the status for that???

 

Missing 9000 points from FrankenRewards

I did not receive my 4000 bonus points for FrankenRewards – Level 3 and the 5000 bonus points for completing all the steps.

Let's try cancelling the install, power cycle your Xbox One (hold power button for 8-10 seconds) and then run through the install once more. Let us know if that helps clear up the issue for you

 

I have the same problem, error code: 0x87e00007 installation stopped at 63%

 

I have same problem for installing program like youtube and micrsoft photo.

I have tried the methods of put Xbox offline then physically restart Xbox, or the method cancelling the installation and power cycle. Both of them don't work.

What shall I do?
