Dead Rising 4 Confirmed As Timed Exclusive!

Doesnt bother me if its only a timed exclusive as long as i get to play it om my xbox im happy. have it on pre-order, roll on Dec 6th, this is the game im most looking forward too

 

I still really like zombie games but ones that are a little more realistic (like zombies are real lol). Dead Rising is a little over the top.

 

Ehhhh, the Dead Risings are ok. First one was good, second one.......third one good like the first. Don't really care about the 4th one being a timed exclusive and going to PS4, what I'm waiting on is Days Gone on the PS4. Anybody who owns both systems should
check out the trailer for Days Gone. It really looks good.

 

Good. Tired of exclusives and segregating the gaming population. Mind you, all we will get now is more of "1080p 60fps!" "720p on PooBox". Whatever.......................

 

I don't care what I get it on, as long as it's as fun as Dr3 which is still my favorite xb1 title to date.

Honestly, it doesn't matter if Dead Rising 4 is an exclusive or not because I can play it on my Xbox One and that is what matters to me.

Days Gone reminded me of WAW zombies where I ran around for an hour in a circle triggering traps and spawns to max out the rounds I could complete to get an achievement.

 

Sorry for the late reply but why don't you have Dead Rising 3 then Lei? Its brilliant!!!

I agree. But exclusives, like them or not, sell a platform to most people. Think of this:

I could buy and Xbox One. And play my first and third party games here. Or, at least with the future Xbox One first party exclusives, I could play those on PC and just stick to a PS4. The PS4 does have several exclusives that lead to me getting the console.
Without those, no need for that console as I had an Xbox One. But now I will be able to play Gears, Forza, Halo, and the MS titles like that on PC. Then just use the PS4 for any console games that I want (mostly those exclusives). Really, I wish they were
all NOT exclusive. PC has exclusive games that do not come to console as well.

I am very interested to see how this whole Xbox games on PC plays out. And it is a sales thing. I do not care about sales except in the terms of the way if effects getting games. If the Xbox brand slows (same with any brand, see WiiU) then the games might
just slow. More exclusives to another console and then the feedback mechanism kicks in. Going to be very interesting.

As for Dead Rising, I did like the first 3. I played the 3rd a little on Xbox and let a guy I know have it because he has health issues and cannot buy games. I have a sealed copy of the apocalypse edition for the One but I have the game on Steam so I finished
it there. Still might play 3 on the One soon. Going to wait on this one, probably, and just get it on PC.
