dead rising 3 wont stop glitching

the game plays normally for about 5 to 10 minuts then all of a sudden weopons and objects begin dissapearing i will pick something up and my charecter will appear to have something in his hand but when i attack the zombies its like im passing right through
them. i also pass right through the graphics at times and when a loading screen comes up it just stays there. i have tried reinstalling the game multiple times and i even exchanged the disc at my gamestop. i dont know whats wrong. when i install it ask to
download a patch as well but i have no idea if it does or if that may be affecting it. can someone please help

What games so far have your interest now that E3 has kicked off?

The Witcher 3, Ryse(just because I like ancient Rome.) and Dead Rising 3. It's a shame I wont get to try the latter two unless Dead Rising 3 is timed exclusive.

I recommend Dead Rising 3, once I started playing it, I couldn't stop. lol

Are you familiar with other dead risings?

 

Have you tried installing the game while offline? That way when you sign in it will only install the updates, instead of installing the game and updates at the same time. I am not sure this will help, but I have heard of others working it this way when they
had similar problems and it seemed to work for them.

 

I had a similar problem when I purchased DR3. After numerous installs, uninstalls, & updating I found that the disc was faulty. The guys at my local GS informed me that they have had several returned/swapped so I tried that & works without any glitches now.
I spent the better part of 2 days trying other options before this so you may want to give this a shot if its an option for you.
