Dead rising 3 won’t load on my series s

    Dead rising 3 won’t load on my series s


    I’ve got an Xbox series s and have installed Dead Rising 3 demo but it wont work, ive tried restarting my console and tried reinstalling the game but still nothing, anybody know why? I try to run the game and it starts but before i even get to the menu the game will either just close and go back to the xbox home screen or the screen will turn purple/green and in big bold writing say “texture missing” then the game just closes again, I’ve held off buying the game as i don’t want to buy it for it to then not work, anybody have any idea or any suggestions be appreciated, Thanks

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

    Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    Dead Rising 3 Companion app doesnt work

    I only had that if Dead Rising 3 was loading but as soon as I was in and moving it worked fine with my iPad 2.

    Dead Rising 3 is Exclusive to the Xbox One.
