Dead Rising 3 untold stories

    whenever I try to enter the untold stories I get "Unable to load save file. Please wait for install to complete" And the install is already complete.

    Achievement showing 100% but not unlocking

    This happened to me on Forza 5 with artisan tuner yesterday. It has been 3 days since I've been experiencing trouble unlocking anything. I also played all of episode 1 untold stories for Dead Rising 3 without getting a single unlock. Does anybody know if
    this issue is being resolved?

    I'm sorry to hear about the game issue. Just to make sure that we have not missed any troubleshooting steps, I would like you to try a few steps so that we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the follow steps a try:



    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes and plug in your console.
    • Power on your console.
    • After you load Dead Rising 3, try to enter the Untold Stories.

    All achievement progress deleted

    This was the case for me yesterday (most notably on Dead Rising 3 and Forza 5 because of all the grind) but as of today (01AUG14) my progress bars have returned, however, I have at least 2 achievements stuck at 100%. I also played through Untold episode
    1 of DR3 and received no ach for simple story completion. Anybody have info about retroactive awarding or general fixes?
