Dead Rising 3 Refuses To Install Off or Online

What's going on here? My Xbox One refuses to install Dead Rising 3 online or in offline mode. In online mode it only installs up to 34% in offline mode it only installs at 87% before stopping, it's seriously annoying and there seems to be no fix at all.
I'm using a disc, and no matter what my online status is it just refuses to work, it even catches the update while online and still refuses to complete the installation, yet I'm able to play it once it's ready to start. What is this crap?

Slow game installs

update console 2 min, update dead rising 3 & install half an hour, update ghosts and install an hour, Mandotory installs priceless.

Dead rising 3 wont fully install....

Next time the install stops, go to Dead Rising 3 on the marketplace and click install from there. Should solve your problem

sounds like possibly you have a damaged disc. 87% in offline mode would imply that it can read that much before it reaches an unreadable section. 34% online mode would indicate that the first 40% is installed from the disc, and the rest is downloaded from
the internet. oddly when installing games online, it doesn't distinguish which part of the install is from the disc or downloaded.

perhaps you can rent or borrow a copy from someone and install that, or get your copy replaced if it is newly purchased. that would also be a good way to tell that it is actually a problem with your disc. chances are, you can continue to use the damaged
disc once it installs completely. i have done this multiple times with 360 discs that would not play or install, but worked fine after installing from another copy.

I was hoping it wasn't the disc, but that's definitely what it sounds like, thanks I'll report back if nothing changes upon a new copy being used.

Thanks for the reply, I did an offline install and then an online update for Dead Rising 3, but im still having the issue of being stuck at the loading screen before any sort of menu appears.

Microsoft fix that please... Forza5 online run good but not Dead Rising 3..
