Dead Rising 3 Recovering lost Stats because of Update

I already post my problem on the facebook-site form campcomvancouver and I wrote the capcom-support, but I unfortunately I get only this statement:
"Thank you for contacting Capcom. Please resend your enquiry to Microsoft . They are the ones providing the support for this title as it is a XboxOne exclusive game."
My problem is that I lost - like many other people - my stats because of the 5gb update.

Your fixed this problem with your latest update:
" * Fixed an issue which could allow the user to overwrite their save file during streaming install while the game is booted. "

But what's with all the people who are concerned of this problem.

The game unfortunately to big to spent plenty of hours again only to get the old level!
So, is there still a possibility to get the stats back or are they irreversible lost?

I would also like to state that people living in Germany won't be able to download Crackdown, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising: Case Zero this month instead you will be receiving Shadowrun and Lost Planet 2.

 

They also said:

Various Stability Fixes.

Various Performance Improvements.

Online Stability improvements.

This is complete bollocks. Nothing was fixed.

This, and im still getting booted from the game every 5 minutes. I dont think there is anyway to get your save game back. It was overwritten.

 

All you have to do is start the chapter over. You will have all of your stats/weapons/etc intact. The only this is that you will have lost your current save in the particular chapter.

This happened to me, which I was scared about doing anything.

 

I'm trying to update my game, but there's no progress bar in apps and games on the tile. The only thing I see is in the notification center and it just gives a generic 'installation started'.

Any where I can get a peek at the progress?

 

From the main screen, select My Games & Apps. You should see a blue line on the bottom of the game widget, with the % indicator.
