    DEAD RISING 3 LOST MY SAVES !! :(


    I have been playing dr3 for about 4 days working fine then boom takes at least 2 minutes to load then sends me to the adjust gamma screen and doesn't have my saves and wants me to restart is there way to fix this ??

    Also forza 5 says unknown error after pressing a in the start menu

    please help me if possible, I've got pretty far in both and it's killing me

    Dead Rising 3 corrupt save!

    Went to load Dead Rising 3 save, crashed back to home every time.

    unplugged console, uninstalled and reinstalled game. same issue.

    had to start over from beginning.

    lost my level as well

    Battlefield 4 - Save games for campaign are gone...

    Is there a similar bug on Dead Rising 3? My son cannot save any of his game play on Battlefield4 or Dead Rising3 -so infuriating!!!

    DEAD RISING 3 LOST MY SAVES !! :(

    Your saved data should be safe in the cloud,

    you can try a reboot hold console button 8 seconds unplug from mains 30 seconds plug back in power up.

    If this doesn't work go to your game DR3 press menu, choose manage game click on saved data, choose console only, when you start your game it will sync with the cloud game saves should be restored.

    If that fails you can uninstall/install the game, again it will sync with the cloud when you start the game.

    I tried all of that and nothing worked, when I go to the manage game part there is nothing in it. When I uninstalled and reinstalled it still didn't work so I just started a new game and it still doesn't save..

    For your crash to homescreen try a full reboot. Go to power options in the settings app and switch to energy saving mode.

    Then turn off the console. After it finishes shutting down wait about a minute then turn the cosole back on

    You can then switch instant on mode back on if you wish.
