DEAD RISING 3 - Blueprint Glitch

I, like many others have maxed out level 50 characters, and the Blueprints For Food Trolleys and Beer Hats are not unlocking as they should. This is not a one off issue and a simple Google search will show you how far this issue spreads.

You are supposed to get the blueprint by Unlocking level 2 of the SMARTS Statistic, but they do not. After speaking to XBOX support I got told to start my game again. This is not really viable. I should not have to put in all the hours to get everything
again to unlock 2 achievements.

Please fix this issue ASAP....

Dead rising 3 - Missing blueprints

My blueprints on dead rising 3 are at 96. There is another 5 I need but it's the beer hat and all the buffet carts I'm missing. I know it can't be picked up as you get it for levelling your smarts tier but for some reason the blue prints aren't in my list
(even though I had the achievement for 100 blueprints) I'm level 50 with everything upgraded so I know my level isn't an issue

I am in the same boat, I was told I would get a response within 4 days. spoke to MS support and still nothing.

I'm in the same boat as you are. I got 3 pp trials left and one is the creating the beer hat. I'm lvl 50 with everything maxed out. I put so much time into, I'm not going to restart. I seen a lot of people with the same problem. Hopefully they fix the
issue with a patch soon.

If this is a widespread issue we will most likey have to wait for a patch. I've encountered a glitch with the blueprints myself, however ive ulocked achievements for collecting X amount of blueprints when i have collected a vehicle blueprint over and over.

I have been in contact with Capcom way back in the beginning of January over the same issue they fobbed me off to microsoft who then fobbed me back to Capcom and they said they would contact Microsoft for me as it is Microsoft that deal with game support
for dead rising 3,. Still have not heard a frigging thing. I only have 4 PP trials to do and bugger me if i am going to grind it all back out again. They do know about this problem but just seems like they can not be bothered fixing it. The only solution i
have seen ON FORUMS ON MANY OTHER WEBSITES ABOUT THIS BUG is to completely restart the game. They really need to get their finger out and get this patched

Your stats/level/unlocks also persist if you use chapter select too.

BTW, here's a list of side-missions and the chapters they appear in, you may need access to some of the buildings they take you to to get all collectibles/blueprints.
