    Dead Rising 2 Off the Record Gamebreaker DLC compatible with the Xbox One version of the game?


    I have the digital version of Dead Rising 2 Off the Record for Xbox One and I would like to know if the Gamebreaker DLC is compatible with my version of the game. If I purchase the Gamebreaker DLC from the Microsoft Marketplace will it work with my version of the game, or is the Gamebteaker DLC only compatible with the Xbox 360 disc version of the game (the original version)? thank you

    Why is dead rising 1 not backwards compatible?

    Hi Grim_Reaper117,

    An Xbox One/Series version of Dead Rising 1 is available along with Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2 Off The Record. I think they were released for an anniversary. This may be why the Xbox 360 version is not compatible with the Xbox One/Series.

    Dead Rising 2 DLC Issue

    Can you check that the DLC packs were for Dead Rising 2 and not for Dead Rising 2 Off The record.

    I have read of cases of people purchasing the second pack which will not work with Dead Rising 2.

    I originally purchased Dead Rising Off the Record in 2012. It is not showing up in my owned games.

    Dead Rising 2 off the Record was released for the Xbox 360 back in 2012, and is not backward compatible on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S. That is why it will not show in your game library. The page you linked to was for the Xbox One version of the game which was released in 2016. If you want to play the game on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S, then you will need to purchase the Xbox One version of the game.
