Dead Rising 2 from 360 to One

I bought a digital copy of Dead Rising 2 for the Xbox 360 and I have upgraded to an Xbox one, my question is how do I transfer Dead Rising 2 to the One instead of having to pay for it again?

Time for a Dead Rising Collection on Xbox One

The collection would contain the following games

Dead Rising

Dead Rising 2

Dead Rising 2 Off The Record

Dead Rising Case Zero

Dead Rising Case West

There would also be perks for buying this to distingish the collection from the orignial games such as exclusive weapons more areas, new survivours,psycopaths not seen in the games before.

It would also allow Xbox One owners and people who only bought one or not all of these games to buy this. Dead Rising does sell well so this needs to come to Xbox One.

Dead Rising 3 ever coming to the PS4?

Dead rising 2 was on the ps3 and xbox 360 so why isn't dead rising 3 on the PS4?

Since the game is not backwards compatible, the only way would be to purchase the Xbox One version.

I had the exact issue and I spent 2 hours talking to Xbox support. Turns out there are two separate editions one for 360 and one for Xbox one.

So long story short, if you want to play it on Xbox one you gotta re buy it. They won't make it backwards compatible because why give it for free when you can make people pay AGAIN for a game they already own. It's awful shame on capcom greedy company.

An Xbox One/Series version of Dead Rising 1 is available along with Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2 Off The Record. I think they were released for an anniversary. This may be why the Xbox 360 version is not compatible with the Xbox One/Series.

the dead rising series is one of my favorite series of all time and definatly one of the best on the 360 i have played dead rising 1 case zero dead rising 2 and case west and have gotten every single achievment in all of them Dead Rising rocks the story
is great and the gameplay is super fun. The game encourages you to replay it many many times as it is pretty much impossible to do everything in one sitting. All in all i HIGHLY recommend picking up dead rising 2 and dead rising 1 if you can theyre probably
mad cheap and deffinatly worth the money i bought both games for the full $60 price when they both first came out and dont regret it at all.
