    Dead Rising 2 (Do I have to re-purchase it?)


    So, I've been a fan of the Dead Rising series for a while, and now I'm wanting to get back into them by broadcasting me playing through all of them in chronological order. I own Dead Rising 2 for the 360, I've clocked many hours into it, as you can see if
    you look at my gamer card (I believe I'm missing like 1, maybe 2 achievements)

    But, none of the main games are backwards compatible, only DR2 Case Zero and Case West (which are arcade titles anyhow)

    However, I did see that Dead Rising 2 is available on the xbox store for 20$.

    Do I seriously have to shell out another 20$ in order to play the game on the Xbox One when I've already seen most of what the entire game has to offer? I'm a bit annoyed about this.

    If you want to play it on the One, yes, you would need to purchase the One version of the game in order to play it.

    Can you check that the DLC packs were for Dead Rising 2 and not for Dead Rising 2 Off The record.

    I have read of cases of people purchasing the second pack which will not work with Dead Rising 2.

    If it's not backwards compatible with the Xbox One then why even have it on sale in the freaking store in the first place then ?

    Ugh, ok I requested a refund which is the best I could do for now. I mean why even purchase a game for my game library if I can't even play it ?
