    Dead Power Supply


    I have taken my xbox one power supply to a Microsoft store. They determined it is dead and I need a new one, They were out of stock and told me to go online to order a new one. I appears I would have an easier time getting an appointment with the president.
    All I want to do is order and pay for a new power supply. Why should I be driven insane trying to do this?

    XBOX ONE Died. What to do?

    wondering if you got advanced replacement just on the power supply or the whole console? I have a dead power supply and they told me advanced replacement was not an option just for the power supply.

    3 Red Flashing Lights, Power Supply Orange

    I tried the power supply on a different outlet in my room and downstairs, but I get the same 3 red flashing lights and power supply light is orange. Is this a power supply problem or is my 360 dead? I've had this 360 for 4-6 years now.

    It was a little ill-informed of the Microsoft store people telling you to simply "go online and order a new one". Microsoft does not sell Xbox One power supplies separately like other accessories.

    You can, however, request for a new power supply by getting in touch with
    Xbox customer support (phone or chat)    . You might have to pay for a replacement, but let them give you the rundown.

    The power supply reset was the only thing I was able to try - which didn't work. The device is dead and I don't know whether to have a new power supply fitted. Interestingly, the fuse in the power cable is fine. But the device is still dead.

    Hello LAPIII. I'm sorry that your 360 won't turn on. That would frustrate me, too. Here are the troubleshooting steps you need to perform on the power supply. It may be that the power supply is dead and you'll need to order a new one. A link on how to

    support.xbox.com/.../check-power-supply    . Good luck and hopefully it's the power supply and not the console.
