Dead or Alive Ultimate Back Compat

The original Xbox has tons of awesome games and hidden gems, as they've realized with the launch of the back compat feature about a year ago, so I'd say it's pretty easy to say that Dead or Alive Ultimate, Dead or Alive 3 and, yes,
if you want it, Dead or Alive Xtreme, are prime and ready to be ported and available to be put in the library of original Xbox games you can play on the Xbox One.

I'm a fan and would love to have my Xbox be my home for all things Dead or Alive. =)

Dead or Alive 5 menu locked - Help

Do you have a copy of "Dead Or Alive 5" or "Dead Or Alive 5: Ultimate"?



I'm pretty sure the former had an "online pass".



I had "Dead Or Alive 5" and then I bought "Dead Or Alive 5: Ultimate". All my costumes bought for DOA 5 are there in DOA 5U. Does anyone know if you bought DOA 5U only if they want an online pass off you?

Before releasing "Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate" the guys at Tecmo released "Dead Or Alive 5".



This game needed an online pass to allow you to play online against other people.



Also you could buy costumes for your characters as they were released.



Now when Tecmo announced they were releasing "Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate" people who had already bought "Dead Or Alive 5" said "Hey... wait a minute... what about all the stuff I bought for regular "Dead Or Alive 5"... are we going to lose it"?



Tecmo said "Don't worry, the stuff you bought for "Dead Or Alive 5" carries over to "Dead Or Alive 5: Ultimate".



I am wondering if the reason you don't have access to the full menu is because they want you to buy an Online Pass.



I bought an Online Pass for the original "Dead Or Alive 5" and have never been asked for one for "Ultimate" but that may be because I already bought it for the original DOA 5.



Does that make more sense?



Does it want you to buy an online pass?

as possible.
