    Hi guys,

    I hope you guys may help me on this one.

    I have this game, Dead or Alive 5, wich I've bought the pre order edition of the full game, not the core one, back in february of 2015. Today I noticed that my game license was changed to Dead or Alive 5 DEMO, instead of the full game. I just bought the
    ultimate content DLC that's on sale now. Searching for my purchase number at microsoft account web site it just list back until july of 2015.

    Please, I hope someone here could help me Dead or Alive 5 License :)

    Do you have a copy of "Dead Or Alive 5" or "Dead Or Alive 5: Ultimate"?



    I'm pretty sure the former had an "online pass".



    I had "Dead Or Alive 5" and then I bought "Dead Or Alive 5: Ultimate". All my costumes bought for DOA 5 are there in DOA 5U. Does anyone know if you bought DOA 5U only if they want an online pass off you?

    Before releasing "Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate" the guys at Tecmo released "Dead Or Alive 5".



    This game needed an online pass to allow you to play online against other people.



    Also you could buy costumes for your characters as they were released.



    Now when Tecmo announced they were releasing "Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate" people who had already bought "Dead Or Alive 5" said "Hey... wait a minute... what about all the stuff I bought for regular "Dead Or Alive 5"... are we going to lose it"?



    Tecmo said "Don't worry, the stuff you bought for "Dead Or Alive 5" carries over to "Dead Or Alive 5: Ultimate".



    I am wondering if the reason you don't have access to the full menu is because they want you to buy an Online Pass.



    I bought an Online Pass for the original "Dead Or Alive 5" and have never been asked for one for "Ultimate" but that may be because I already bought it for the original DOA 5.



    Does that make more sense?



    Does it want you to buy an online pass?

    Odd that you don't see the license for the game. Is it possible the game purchased on another account by chance? If you haven't already check be sure to sign in with other accounts tied to your Xbox One to see if Dead or Alive 5 shows up in the account's
    Ready to Install list.

  5. Hi Maka, thank you for replying. No I just have only one account that I use to buy things on my X1. What shows in my ready to install list is "Dead or Alive 5 - DEMO". This is not the first game I find problems with licensing.

    Hi I have have the same problem here. My dead or alive 5 full edition disappeared and now it's only appearing the demo edition. What do I do? Please help.
