I haven't played DOA4 in a long time, but here is my favorite Cammy combo in Marvel vs Capcom 2

..........

(1) Jump in Fierce Punch

(2) Quick Punch

(3) Quick Kick

(4) Fierce Kick --> opponent launches into the air

(5) Jump up in the air to continue combo

(6) Quick Punch

(7) Quick Kick

(8) Quick Punch

(9) Quick Kick

(10) Fierce Kick

Note = the combo I just described works best against big opponents as medium to small opponents would most likely force me to cancel the extra QP + QK prior to the FK that would end the air combo

You need to go to the "Destiny" thread and spend 3 - 4 pages telling people how you prefer the original "Diablo III" to the new one before you'll see that badge.

Have a nice hamburger, cheeseburger or quarter-pounder with cheese.

Speaking of cheese, and at the risk of drifting on topic again... you can't really 'cheese' on "Dead Or Alive 5".

Mastering this game (and I am under no illusions that I have mastered this game) is like mastering a martial art.

A new player is NEVER able to defeat a skilled player in this game by fluke.

I know how to play Dead Or Alive 3 and Dead Or Alive 4

I don't just randomly hit buttons and I don't even bother to learn the " frame by frame " timings and stuff because I play the game for fun.

The " frame by frame " timings are a waste of time for me LOL

Obviously, you are much better at Dead Or Alive 3 or Dead Or Alive 4 than me because you actually care about the " frame by frame " timings and stuff.

You clearly like this stuff ("frame by frame " timings and stuff) and I am really happy that you enjoy learning these skills

Just because I don't take gaming as seriously as you do, it doesn't mean that I don't know what I am talking about when it comes to Dead Or Alive 3 and Dead Or Alive 4.

For the record, I know that you CANNOT cheese the opponents prior to Alpha 152 in Time Attack Mode. When I was refering to the " cheese " moves, I was talking about using them against Omega and Alpha 152.

Geez that's generous, you mean an entire costume? For Free? Has the world gone insane? every avatar and costume should cost money, I mean some nerd has spent at least 5 minutes of their valuable time making them.

 

You can unlock a lot of costumes by simply playing the game.

That number is dwarfed by the hundreds of extras they have made.

I agree 1000% with Azrael008uk in regards to the fact that the DOA games have always had tons of costumes to unlock simply by just playing the game

In regards to the extra costumes being sold instead of being free updates, this whole DLC craze is to blame for that.

Feel free to add me. There's a few of us who play and we have a good time.

Don't worry about "Frame by Frame" data. The game works on a very simple principle.

Strikes beat throws. Throws beat holds. Holds beat strikes.

When you do anything you do it either High, Mid or Low. So a Hi block with block a High punch but not a low one.

Find a character you like and go through their move list in "trianing".

Slowly but surely they'll start to stick in your head and you'll be able to pull them off in matches against the computer and against other people.

Your enemy in "DOA 5" is predictability.

If you take Chrissy and start spamming the Y button she'll do a pile of mid strikes. Don't mix it up and your opponent just hits Away X and counters your mid strike doing a lot more damage to you.

Like I said, happy to give you a game anytime and I'll probably make you look good in the end anyways.

One of the things that helped me learn how to mix things up is having the " Strike Properties " displayed when they're performed

.........

" Strike Properties " show where the strike hits during a combo. So, once you pick a character and learn their combos, pay attention to where the hits land

........

Some combos have deviating paths once they've been started, altering where they will hit

However, you really should be careful with how the combos start because they can be " Counter Held " immediately

I recommend finding 3 to 5 combo openers with different strike zones to overcome the computer controlled enemies to consistently get your combos in

When you get knocked down, I highly recomment to roll away instead of performing a " get up attack " because this will almost be surely met with a low counter hold.
