    way back I pre-ordered this game and beat the entire story mode.

    I uninstalled it and around 3 months ago, installed it after having had my original Xbox one repaired/replaced due to hardware failure issues.

    The game devs decided to change the game and so my pre-ordered digital game is now like a demo or limited version labelled Core However my payment history just lists the actual game.

    Support had me uninstall the game, delete my profile and hard reset....re-install and then download my profile. That worked

    now fast forward to another hardware failure that resulted in a replaced Xbox one.....I followed the same steps and it did not resolve the issue.

    then, I tried a factory reset, re-downloaded everything and my profile but it's still acting as if I only own the core game so I can play with any of the unlocked characters.

    Why is this happening and will this always be an issue. Support would not refund the game, makes sense as I played it but I'm not willing to spend another $40 on a game I already own. It s like you all allowed them to release the full version for a higher
    price and locked out those of us who pre-ordered for what's now the Core version price.

    How oe can I get someone to edit and correct my license to the full version as the old trick support suggested doesn't work since you've update the console and store to win10.

    Odd that you don't see the license for the game. Is it possible the game purchased on another account by chance? If you haven't already check be sure to sign in with other accounts tied to your Xbox One to see if Dead or Alive 5 shows up in the account's

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with this. If this is a licensing issue then you'll need to call phone support again. If they say they cannot help then you should request to have the issue escalated.

    I would also like to suggest adding an external hard drive to your console for game storage. This would prevent similar issues like this from happening in the future. You can use up to 2 USB 3.0 hard drives ranging in size from 256GB - 16TB

    Sorry but I do believe others can help as there was a recently active thread unresolved and others users who were asked to create their own threads before that thread was locked.

    Actual user feedback is needed as support literally gives me the run-around and the typical restart, hard reset, delete your profile steps which as noted above have all been followed.

    Contacting support again is insane. Why would I keep following the same steps that do not result in a resolution?
