i think my profile blocked my dead island riptide because it freeze after the press the button screen, it opens normally with other profiles

This is such a weird issue though. Hmmmm. Okay you said that it works fine with a different profile, right? Have you tried installing the game on your hard drive? Here's a link with a video of how to do that, if you need it:

If installing the game doesn't work, I'd try playing the game on a different profile until the point where you earn an achievement. Once you earn an achievement on the different profile, then try the steps I listed before about deleting your profile, clearing
cache 3 times, then redownloading profile. Let's see if that yields any better results. ^_^

Have you deleted the system cache, too?

Do other profiles on your console have this issue? Can you try swapping your storage device for a different one (HDD or USB), recover your profile, and try again. Thanks!

@VernierSlake I was in Act 1 doing a side quest where you have to drive some mans wife up to the Lighthouse
