Dead Ghost Collection question.

Ok I know that your weapons and armor that you collect can be used across all characters that you create. My question concerns dead ghosts. Are the dead ghost you collect cumulative across all characters or do you have do it individually for each? Also
if you have already completed the beginning of the game how do you go back to the very beginning to collect the two ghost that are in that part of the game. Any help would be appreciated. Strategy Guide is very vague on this.

Ok I know the area behind the guy that does the bounty missions is where this dead ghost is located. The problem is that it is completely blocked off. How do you go about getting the barricade removed? I know it is possible from a video on you tube I
watched.

Heres what I found:

· Dead Ghost #1: Head through the arched doorway near Xandar 99-40 (the Bounty vendor), and you should be able to spot a Dead Ghost resting on the railing. Unfortunately, this appears to be the only Dead Ghost that can only be accessed during certain hours.
Specifically, it can only be recovered when the Iron Banner has been unlocked in Crucible mode.

 

Yes, the collection of the ghost are saved across all of your characters.
