Dead email and compromised credit card on live account????

So I'll make this short..

I set up my Xbox live account around December of last year. I've been away at school & haven't been home top use it much, but I'm still being billed every month. Well, unfortunately, last month my debit card for my account was compromised & I totally blanked
and forgot to update my account's billing info. So I go to use my account about 2 days ago and it tells me my payment is past due. I figured I'd just update it and be done with it, but every time I try to update my billing info, it asks me to verify my email
address that's on my acct. Here's where it gets frustrating.. My old email address that's on my account was compromised in January, and I never updated my account with my new one. I mean, I think I tried once but all I got was an alert that said they wouldn't
change my info for 30 days. Its the same message that popped up just now when I tried to change my email address. So here's my question, if I can't even verify or change my email for 30 days, then I can't change my billing info, right? And if I can't do that,
then how do I go about paying for my monthly dues? And how much of a fee, if any, is going to be tacked on when I CAN pay?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

You should speak with the Billing Phone Support team:

Unfortunately the forums are not the right place for this and there's no-one here who can help with accounts like this, but if you speak with them they should be able to help you out in some manner.

 

I think you will need to contact phone support to help sort this out. 800-4MY-XBOX for the US and Canada.

 

It is your responsibility to keep the security info up to date, try this, log in to account.live.com and then when you are logged in, go to outlook.com, you make get a message that says, "Call us overprotective, but you need to verify your identity before
you blablabla", from here, you may get an option that says, use a diff email as Microsoft account email, if you get that option click on it and change your email, if you don't, you will need to contact xbox support, you may get the message that you will have
to make a new account, they can remove the CC from the account for you, but you may never be able to change that email on your account, and eventually your account will be lost, when there is a security info change.
