Dead Cells no se ejecuta/instala [Translate] Dead Cells does not run/install

Instale y jugué un par ce sesiones del juego Dead Cells, pero hace unos días le daba ejecutar y no abria el juego.

Intente asistencia técnica por chat, me sugirieron desinstalar e instalar de nuevo. Eso hice y al momento de intentar instalar el juego me sale un error, siendo este: 0x80070020.

El asesor me pregunto si Windows estaba actualizado (por favor) le indique que si.

Ahí di por cerrado el chat, calificando negativamente, la asesoría fue pésima, aunque la primer sugerencia fue rápida después los mensajes tardaban HORAS en contestar. Me llego a dar sugerencias para desinstalar el juego desde panel de control DESPUÉS de
que le dije que el juego se había desinstalado correctamente pero que después ya no me dejo instalar de nuevo.

La asistencia fue PÉSIMA y sigo sin poder jugar el juego. Es el unico juego que me da problemas, juego y he instalado sin problemas Gears 5, sunset Overdrive, Vampyr, e incluso intente instalar otros juegos. No he tenido problemas, solo en instalar y ejecutar
Dead Cells.

uninstalled correctly but that after I no longer let myself install again.

The attendance was SIMA and I still can't play the game. It's the only game that gives me problems, I play and I've seamlessly installed Gears 5, sunset Overdrive, Vampyr, and even try to install other games. I've had no problems, just installing and running
Dead Cells.

That article gives very basic solutions, nothing works, as i say, I can log in and play a lot of games (gers 5, Sunset Overdrive, Vampyr, wandersong), only dead cells gives me this problem.

I try to reinstall in the other hardrive and now i got the error 0x8007001f, i found this about the error:

I deactivate my antivirus, and it work, now I can install the game and play it. You guys should update the error list with this solution.

Weird the game itself works fine other wise, here is the link to error code given, Do have to ask if you have tried redownloading the gamertag in question that bought the game or game pass at all?.

I dont know this forum were in english only:

Basically, i cant launch Dead Cells, contact chat support and they dont fix anything, take HOURS to answer.

Try to uninstall and re install, the unistall was succesful, but when I try to install get an error: 0x80070020.

I can install games like Sunset Overdrive, Geras 5, Vampyr, the only problem is with Dead Cells.

That is for Xbox One, I have game pass for Windows, i am in the right forum, right?

But yeah, the error code is for consoles, is weird. Where can I get help? Forums dont work, support chat dont work.
