Discus and support Dead by Daylight won't launch(Xbox Gaming App on Windows 10) in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; On PC, through the XBOX(beta) app. Dead by Daylight gives me a launching error and won't launch into the game.     Dead by Daylight won't launch(Xbox Gaming App on Windows 10)


    On PC, through the XBOX(beta) app. Dead by Daylight gives me a launching error and won't launch into the game. Started yesterday. Never happened before, have played this game regularly for several months without problems on PC game pass. I can still play it on my xbox one x with no problems too. Anyone else getting this on PC game pass too or know a fix?

    I apologize but the DLC for Xbox with the game Dead By Daylight will not work on Dead By Daylight Windows 10 because both games have different licenses. The game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game.

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues accessing your characters on PC.

    Unfortunately, Dead by Daylight is not part of the "Play Anywhere" program and as such, it requires separate purchases for each gaming platform. This means that the base game and any DLC content purchased on console won't work on PC (and vice versa).

    I'm afraid this is the reason why you don't see your characters in the PC version of the game.

    You won't find them on the app. You would need to download the Games for Windows app again, and launch the game from there. Good luck getting the app to work, as many users are stating they can't get it to work on Windows 10 or Windows 11.

    In this case Amazon is the responsible of porting an app to the Xbox One, I don't know the details on the current Windows 10 App if it is universal or not.

    If the streaming service supports a web player you can launch Microsoft Edge and listen from there, however you won't be able to listen and play games as with the Spotify App for Xbox
