    So a while back i used a free redeem code that i got from the home screen limited time stuff to get a new outfit for the clown in Dead by Daylight but then had to temporarily undownload the game, I downloaded it again after a while but the stuff wasn't there so i was wondering if it is possible for it to get back with the help of a Microsoft/Xbox staff member or something like that or if not then why it is no longer there.

    Already made a feedback but I don't really think that would help so made this as well idk if or how often those tend to be viewed by actual staff.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons, click on the game icon again, install DLC, clean your console's MAC and try again.

    To clean the MAC follow this path

    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    If the content has been installed and does not appear within the game, wait 24 hours and contact the game developer.

    dead by daylight is purchasable may have been on gamepass and rolled off.
