My younger sister bought the pack on the xbox store and it shows up in her game but not for me? how do i fix it?

The DLC was purchased with your sister's account so you can use her profile. to solve the problem you must set up your account as XBOX HOME on the console so you can use the games with other accounts.

Try searching the store to see what the product status is, if it is available for download or if it is already installed, do you use the same console?

If she bought it on her account and you two aren't Home Console sharing, then you'll need to buy the DLC yourself as well. In that essence you don't own the license for it but she does. If you are Home Console sharing and it is not showing up, make sure
she is signed in the background while you are playing or try removing the profile off of the console, readding it, and then reestablishing it as the Home Console if it doesn't show up that it is.

Go to the store and see if the content needs to still be bought, ready to install or already installed.

Make sure your Xbox and hers are on both consoles and set as home Xbox console.
