    With the latest update I am leaft unable to play the game. Every time I launch Dead By Daylight Im greated with a launch error message "Service update failed. Please allow administrative rights. Visit https://easy.ac/support/game/guides/service/ for more information". The link leads to a page about debugging the easy anticheat built into the game.

    My computer runs Windows 11 OS and I have the game through the windows store. The kicker, for me to debug the anticheat i need access to the WindowsApps folder where the game is installed. The entire folder is protected and I "don't currently have permission to access this folder". So I tried everything in the first 2 pages of a couple of different google searches to get the game rolling e.i reinstalling the game, updating window, running the game in admin mode, reseting the windows store, white listing the game folder in windows defender, nothing worked. I tried a different game from the windows store and it worked just fine. It is just this one game that is broken.

    I submitted a ticket with Behaviour as well because im not sure exactly where the fault lies. Im just trying to get this resolved since i have dumped a bit of money into the windows store version.

    FIXED: The anticheat is in the programfiles (x86) directory. I was able to download the latest version via the link and patch the game. The game runs now.

    I did this but when i start the game again, this error pops up:
    for you in english:
    Game can not start
    a problem happend while starting the game

    Please help us in that you report this problem
    Errorcode: 30005

    (i already tried somethins but it didn't work. Please help me)

    I have the very same issue. I have reinstalled windows and have followed the above link many times. Nothing works. My PC can handle all the specs of the game and better. I keep getting this code. Any advice would be great.
