dead by daylight bug kick generator

Every time I go to play killer and kick the generator, I can't because it starts the animation bar then stops and starts again, it repeats every time, in all generators and I can't kick.

I changed the key and it was no problem with the key. I uninstalled the game and it still didn't work.

I bought the full game these days and I'm disappointed because I can't play killer right, I'm annoyed that I can't do a basic thing like kick the generator. Not to mention that sometimes my character is crashing.

I like the game so much, but unfortunately it has this problem and I don't know how to solve it, so I get discouraged from playing
