Hello there , this game is brocken , online error 8001 and is not posible to play, if i install the game it freezes on dead by daylight logo .

this is imposible to complete gamepass quest every mond microsoft service gamesrewards is gething worse and worse .. if that continues i giv up to suport this **** .

That's what I want as well. If we report the issue with the game support they can investigate and once they deploy a fix, the issue with rewards quest will be solved as well.

this is the only game i have issues , already finished the other games quest without problems .

already done that and clean the catche files , i got stock on error 8001 if i play from cloud , and freezes on dead by daylight screen if i install .. since the rewards quest is out i try every days to enter on the game without sucessfull .. brocken and i use series X .. already deinstall and install the game and still freeze on game name screen . it makes imposible to play and finish this quest ..

I totally understand where you're coming from, XxBunker0768xX. With Microsoft Rewards concern there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the Microsoft Rewards Team but if the issue is with the game itself, I am positive that it's best if we report it to the game support.

I appreciate the update, XxBunker0768xX. This means that it's an issue with the game itself, it would be best to submit a ticket to them in that way they can investigate and deploy an immediate fix.
