Dead by Daylight and the "Installation stopped" infinite loop

A long while back an update came for a patch for Dead by Daylight(I cant remember how long ago). I load the disk into the console and I am prompted with Installation stopped. I tried to install it and am given an error code to an xbox 360 error solution.
I looked on the community forums saying that i should uninstall/reinstall the game. That did not work and Now it's not in my games/apps anywhere. I have tried installing offline and nothing has worked.Also sometimes while installing it for the two seconds
it will try to install before saying installation stopped it will say that there is an update for the game. It's been a very long time since I have been able to play this game and I have too many DLCs for this and nothing has been working.

Yes, a factory reset should have resolve this issue.

Others have had this issue and signing out and back in seems to help.

did you install dead by daylight or the special edition?

You can play Dead by Daylight: Special Edition with Xbox Game Pass for Console, or buy it to own.

dead by daylight is purchasable may have been on gamepass and rolled off.

It has stopped again at 90.6% but the update has been cancelled as it says in updates that dead by daylight needs an update but it stops at 90.6% again
