    Dead by Daylight - All Game Modes (and Store) Locked


    I just purchased Dead by Daylight (new copy) and played through both Killer and Survivor tutorials thinking it would unlocked all the play modes and the store. It did not. All i have access to currently is the "Help & Tutorials" section. I have an active
    XBox Live Gold subscription. Any suggestions?

    If you're being randomly disconnected from Xbox Live on your Xbox One console, please try the steps laid out in

    this guide     to see if they can help.

    Also, please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console.

    Dead by daylight

    I have gotten kicked 5 times in the 2 hours I've been playing dead by daylight. Are they planning on fixing this problem. Everyone I have played with it has happened to multiple times as well.

    Thats strange. Are you sure that you are connected to game servers? Check your connection, try to re-install game, and if its doesnt work contact with support here Dead by Daylight (@DeadByBHVR) | Twitter

    I had the same issue and i found that it was because the game was still installing background content. Once it was over everything automatically unlocked.

    HI,

    Check if you bought the complete game ( check if here Sign in to your Microsoft account ) , display all contents / date.

    If you see the complete game NOT the trial one , just delete your account from the console then add it back to sync all infos ( how to Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One
    )

    If you dont see it , meaning either you bought it with another account either there is an issue with your purchase so call Xbox live helpdesk to know what to do > Contact Us | Xbox Support

    The Microsoft Store (Game Pass) version of Dead by Daylight is Crossplay with the Steam version. However, they are not Cross-progression. For more information, see the official Dead by Daylight support page.
