Deactivating a Random person who made my xbox home

I can't activate my xbox as a home because some random person activated it as home and i don't know who so can i some how deacvtivate them thanks

Last post got locked / Haven't been paid out for myvipgems

Hey since my last post was locked before I could even confirm anything Im posting this here again In may the only money I got back from deactivating myvip was a measly -NZ$2.82 under xbox live rewards deposit But the thing is I had enough myvipgems to get
atleast $20 and thats why I need help Not just some random person telling me that I already got paid and closing the thread

My Home xbox

I wanted to let my friend use my account so I sent him a message with my details but I sent it to the wrong person, the person I sent it to made their xbox my accoun'ts home xbox now I can't change it back to my xbox, so I was wondering who I can tell
to reset this. Thanks

Hey SANTAH CLAWS,

You sure can!

Head over to Settings then select My Xbox and choose "Make this my home Xbox."

I would also like to add that you should never give out your login info to anyone. The link below will allow you to remotely require a password on the Xbox 360. I cannot be sure that it will work for the Xbox One as well but it's worth a try.

support.xbox.com/.../manage-sign-in-preferences

Change your password then follow the instructions at the link above. If you need to resign in on your console when you start it up afterwards then you know it worked.

NOTE: Please ensure you change the password then test it on the Xbox One before doing the steps at the link.

The only difference between my friends and the random persons was my friend has 1 capital and the random person had 2 and I typed it out with 1 but it kept taking me to the random persons who had 2

Was the console bought new or second hand?

If the latter it is possible that the person who sold it has a Gold account and hasn't made a new console their 'Home'.
