Deactivated my DLC

I recently refunded the Rainbow 6 Siege Ultimate edition bundle since I already had the deluxe edition and year 5 pass. However after they refunded me they also deactivated everything, i cannot access the operator packs i got with the deluxe edition and
i've lost my year 5 pass. I've been trying to contact microsoft for 3 days already but I haven't gotten a solution or response. At this point i just want a refund cause i've lost all interest in the game now.

have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the deluxe version?

if you have played for more than 2 hours then you probably won't be eligible for a refund, but you can try getting a refund by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Please, check Billing ,payments and history, see if your year 5 pass is still there, and if you want, ask for your refund.

This really isn't a question we can answer sadly.

your only option is to wait for support or contact
Ubisoft support but they may just send you back to microsoft.

We as public forum members cannot access anything to do with accounts or purchases.

I wouldn't call it a fix, but I deactivated my XB1, changed my parental settings with my provider a couple times and deactivated my XB1- seemed to work.

As previously posted by @FreakRoach, it's the job of the third party vendor to activate the code when it is purchased. However, if they are unable to help you with this specific problem, you may want to contact
support with your code and proof of purchase.
