Ddossing or Stressing Legal Help

I really would like to know when xbox sold our information to a site like xresolver. It's pretty amazing how Microsoft has made no action against this site that allows random people from anywhere and everywhere to find out where I live just because of my
username. It's hard to believe that people within the community that pay for a service (xbox live) can so easily be sought out and attacked. Simply because they have a username. No parts of the terms and conditions say that people would practically be offered
your information if you encountered them. Although things like IP addresses are public, it does not mean that someone can just look my name up and find my exact location based off of anything I allow to be public about my life. This is where the issues lies.

My real inquiry is about that efficacy of the pursuit of legal action. Could I really get some moral-less human being thrown in jail because he ddossed me online? I'm sure that local authorities wouldn't put an ounce of effort into it and my ISP is about
as helpful as an extra toe. I really want to see these people punished in the future. Maybe Microsoft will get their stuff together and ban anyone rightfully accused of ddossing. Do you know how many people would be in jail if Xbox cared about its community?
I bet games like R6 would have their community cut in half if the ddossers were taken care of. It's a pervasive and borderline terrorism-esque issue. It's funny because I shouldn't even have to go to such lengths to possibly have someone put an ounce of effort
into making the community safer. I've encountered hundreds and hundreds of players within the last year that have been guilty of ddossing me. Rarely are they banned because Xbox is unable to attach a name to the attack because the attack isn't through Xbox.
I know all there is to know about this issue and have done nearly everything to prevent myself from being a victim, yet it still occurs. At the very least, issue a permaban to accounts that are constantly being reported for cheating. They're likely cheating,
if it walks like a duck...
