Ddosing.

You would have to file a report through the console features to get an investigation started. Only then is a ban possible.

It may also help to contact Treyarch/Infinity ward/ Activision for in game actions.

If an investigation proves what you say, actions will be taken. You refuse to help yourself but, options are availible.

What you think really does NOT matter in anyway. Why continue playing with the same people you feel are doing wrong????

Here's the thing. How do Microsoft know this person is DDoSing? They aren't attacking LIVE, so nothing is going to show at Microsoft's end. Should they just ban on the person making the report's word?

You are a broken record and I disagree. I shouldn't NEED to contact my ISP. When I am using xbox live service and a user from said service does something wrong it should be dealt with inside that service. Like everything thing else in the *** world. Sheesh.

I won't reply to anymore broken record posts. If I am still finding said players in my games in time to come I will take action myself and I will drop this service and products. Preventable things.

By the way VoteDC maybe instead of accepting poor service you should push for a better service. There are many platforms and companies that would have dealt with these players in minutes.

[/quote]Whether you like voteDC's "broken record" responses, those are correct. MS will only ban people who breaks the terms of service or code of conduct, they will NOT ban someone if they do things outside of their services, even if they are malicious
in nature and can impact their services as result. MS doesn't run the internet so they have no "jurisdiction" over said actions. However, your ISP does to an extent. They can block the abusive user on their edge router so you'd never see the attacks come
to you. Further more ISPs can and do communicate with each other and will send emails to the "abuse" departments to have someone who is continually causing issues on their network (in this case someone who is dos'ing someone else) stopped, or have their entire
network blocked.

 

Hey xAlmightyTimmy, I'm sorry you're having these issues but VoteDC's response is correct. This is something you'll want to contact your ISP for. You'll also want to file a complaint using the tools on your console to report the players to the Enforcement
team.
