    Ddosed through my Xbox Live account


    Hi, i recently was ddosed by an Xbox Live player, console froze and everything. i already reported him, but im still having problems with my Xbox after the attack. i will be sending my console in for repair next week, but still am unsure about my safety.
    how can i block these sort of attacks through a wireless router and modem? i used a proxy when i was hardwired but no longer have that option.

    Just realized today that I have under appreciated the Xbox One & Xbox live.

    Xbox live was Ddosed the other day it just recovered quick.

    Ddosed through my Xbox Live account

    as it is not done through the live service there is nothing Live can do about it. if you get hit offline the thing to do is reset the modem/router by unplugging them for a bit and plugging them back in. if still having issues you have to contact your ISP.

    If it is people DDOSing you, you would need to contact your ISP since that is done through your internet and not Live.
