do you even know what DDOS is?

first of all if it was a DDOS attack then you should be complaining at your ISP since your service of internet was denied

Microsoft cant do anything about that neither can Xbox support...

go to your ISP file a complaint and make sure they start a investigation

xbox cant do anything against DDOS attack neither do u have any proof of this so called DDOS attack

Use your console to report and block the person, and enforcement will do what they can.

Next, contact your ISP. A DDOS attack is a federal offense in the USA, and your ISP can track the person down and get the info to the correct authorities.

What it actually sounds like is they attacked your internet it self also known as a DDOS attack.

You would have to report him via his profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate him, but unless he did something on Live to violate the code of conduct/terms of service, they can't do anything since ddos attacks are done through your internet
and not Live. You'd want to contact your ISP to alert them of the situation.
