DDoS or What?

I've recently just run into a problem yesterday. I was playing For Honor and beating this team, and one of them invited me to the party. When I joined, he was extremely angry and had threatened to "boot me offline". I didn't think much of it, and thought
it was a harmless threat. But the next day, everytime that I would try to play an online game, I would get disconnected from Xbox Live and the system told me that my Gaming and Social services are limited. Today, the error message stopped sending, but I am
still not able to stay in an online game for longer than five minutes. I don't know if I've been DDoS'ed or what, because all other consoles in my house can connect and play fine. I just need to know if there is any way that I can fix this?

If you file a report the following user that is giving you trouble will not know that you have filed a complaint on him he can not hack you just keep all you info like email and password keep it private.

Also the worst he can do to you is a DOS or a DDOS attack in case this happens these are the actions you can take.

disconnecting from Xbox Live please try those steps and send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

Additionally, if you're being harassed, please
file a report against the user from your Xbox One console.
