    DDos offline, need to report someone


    Hello xbox support, i would like to let you guys know i was recently hit offline. I was in a private match and a kid joined and we didn't know him so i kicked him. He decided to join back somehow, and threatened to hit me offline. So a few minutes went by
    and he hit me offline. I came back on after a few minutes and then he got into a party i was in, and decided to threaten to hit me off again and fry my modem. I would like to deal with this problem and if the gamertag of this individual is needed i would be
    happy to give it away.

    Reporting People

    As the others have said, report any user breaking the Code of Conduct through the console.

    If a user is knocking you offline, you need to report it to your ISP as well so they can take action. DDOS do not happen through live. Third party software is needed.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console.

    That is the only way the enforcement team will investigate them.

    If they are kicking you offline (ddos attack) then contact your isp as that's down to them to address.

    You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate.

    Report the player in question due to the fact that he broke the Code of Conduct by using slurs. But, as far as booting you offline, you will need to speak with your internet provider about a possible DDoS attack.
