    You mention that you are 13 years old... Let your parents know.... If needed, let the authorities know... i.e police.

    DDOS and stats reset

    my gamer tag is . I received a ddos attack 2 months ago from an individual whom also reset my stats on black ops 2. I enjoy this game it's one of my main ones I play. Tonight 10/17/2017 I received another attact from this individual and his
    groupies. I'm furious. I've contacted Xbox support over this issue more than 5 Times and still nothing was done to him by the "enforcement team" my stats on black ops 2 are now reset AGAIN. I worked hard to have everything unlocked. Please please PLEASE do
    something about this player and his band of harassers.

    First, please do not name gamertags on the forums as it is against forum rules, being an ambassador you should know this. Second, he can not ban your account, he could file a complaint against it if you were in violation of the COC or TOU, but if none of
    that is true, you have nothing to worry about. Your best bet is to file a complaint against this person using the tools provided on your console. Then block communications and avoid them.

    I know the feeling bro. Guy attacked my account and I can no longer use it due to disconnecting every 5 minutes. Have to use this account now.

    If he is hitting you off line, call your internet provider and explain to them what's going on. Then simply ask them to change your IP address. Don't forget to avoid him or block communications.

    Microsoft/Xbox can do little as it isn't an attact via their servers. You should immediately contact your Internet service provider. They will take action as the person is committing a criminal offence.
