Ddos attacks and confession

I'll add to Dysrupz answer. You need to report these actions to your Internet service provider DoS and DDoS attacks do not happen via Xbox Live network. It is a criminal offence, if you suspect that you have been attacked, log the time so your ISP can investigate.
You can also try switching off your modem/gateway hub for 5 minutes and turning back on as this may get you a new IP address assigned.

Report these players via xbox live for the enforcement team to look into. There is nothing that can be done here to help with this situation. Also, please don’t post personal info on the forums. Please re-read the rules.

You could confess for a crime way worse than that over messages and still the enforcement team won't be able to do anything from ban the guy, a ddos attack is a concern that you can report to your local police department if they happen to have a informatic
crime division or whatever is called

"Boots" are done via Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, and are illegal in basically all countries.

Therefore the process to report such an DDoS attack would be to contact your ISP, as they can check their logfiles about the attack.

Then contact your local police and have them work with the ISP to determine the source of the DDoS attack and take the necessary steps.

first of all if it was a DDOS attack then you should be complaining at your ISP since your service of internet was denied

Microsoft cant do anything about that neither can Xbox support...

go to your ISP file a complaint and make sure they start a investigation
